Our Client is a world-leading investment management firm with offices in more than 50 countries. They are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant who is energetic, takes initiative and a great team player to support their team of investment professionals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar management and extensive logistical coordination of meetings
- Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
- Coordinate international travel arrangements including visa, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and events
- Prepare client meeting materials, daily reports and other documents
- Ad hoc projects according to needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial services and/or professional services background
- Excellent work management and time management skills
- Highly organised with effective time management
- Strong detail orientation and work quality
- High sensitivity to deal with internal senior management and important external business partners
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging at many levels
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint). Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, and/or desk-top publishing tools will be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Bachelor’s degree or above
