JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing and review of financial statements as needed
- Billing process including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Organize and update financial records
- Perform monthly, weekly, and yearly bank reconciliation
- HR and payroll services
- Order entry and, expense tracking and documentation.
- Inventory management
- Liaison duty to clients, vendors, and shared-services partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management
- Minimum 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience (fresh grads with good grades are welcome to apply)
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Xero or Jubili is a plus but not required
- Amenable to report ONSITE – Quezon City office
