Finance Manager


  • Preparing and review of financial statements as needed
  • Billing process including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Organize and update financial records
  • Perform monthly, weekly, and yearly bank reconciliation
  • HR and payroll services
  • Order entry and, expense tracking and documentation.
  • Inventory management
  • Liaison duty to clients, vendors, and shared-services partners.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience (fresh grads with good grades are welcome to apply)
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is a plus. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Xero or Jubili is a plus but not required
  • Amenable to report ONSITE – Quezon City office
