Case Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business partners to provide professional insurance planning services to High-Net-Worth individual customers
  • Assist sales team to provide insurance solutions to meet customer’s need
  • Manage potential client referred by the group or approved business channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) to identify the insurance and financial need of potential client
  • Manage potential client by attending to insurance advisory, sales and marketing of insurance products, insurance application, underwriting process and post sales services
  • Comply with regulatory requirement and company policy on insurance brokerage activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or equivalent qualification preferable
  • Holder of IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3
  • 2+ years of solid HK broker/insurer case manager experiences preferable
  • Good knowledge of General Insurance, Life Insurance products & market trend
  • Understand AML and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
  • Positive work attitude and dedication at work.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
