JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business partners to provide professional insurance planning services to High-Net-Worth individual customers
- Assist sales team to provide insurance solutions to meet customer’s need
- Manage potential client referred by the group or approved business channels in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) to identify the insurance and financial need of potential client
- Manage potential client by attending to insurance advisory, sales and marketing of insurance products, insurance application, underwriting process and post sales services
- Comply with regulatory requirement and company policy on insurance brokerage activities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferable
- Holder of IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3
- 2+ years of solid HK broker/insurer case manager experiences preferable
- Good knowledge of General Insurance, Life Insurance products & market trend
- Understand AML and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
- Positive work attitude and dedication at work.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
