Our RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS play an integral part in acting as a trusted candidate advocate. In this role, you will combine cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical recruiting needs of our clients.

THE ROLE can provide an exceptional candidate experience through management of all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for both interviews and for hire.

THE CANDIDATE should have confidence, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including: professional appearance, good presentation skills; personal initiative, a sense of entrepreneurship, creativity, and the ability to direct energy towards client-focused solution building. The individual should be able to work effectively in both a team and independently, possess good time management skills, be strongly focused on delivery (output), think strategically, and be eager to learn/try new things.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent, Fresh Graduates are welcome!
  • A year of working experience in the Recruitment / Sourcing / Sales field is a PLUS
  • International market exposure is a PLUS
  • Knowledgeable in using a wide variety of sourcing channels is a PLUS
  • Client management is a PLUS
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with quality delivery, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to cope with a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Located within NCR or nearby cities/provinces
  • Amenable to work onsite, remote, or hybrid
