Research Associate

KEY FUNCTIONS

  1. Source and pre-qualify candidates for job search engagements through business intelligence research, talent mapping, various sourcing strategies and appropriate screening activities
  2. Contribute to the buildup of company’s database of candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Targets/ Customer Satisfaction

  • Assists in the achievement of team’s revenue targets by providing quality CVs
  • Provides clients and recruiters with quality endorsements by:
  • Conducting and documenting   research results about the function, the industry and the company
  • Studying the job requirements (Summary Sheet and information provided by account managers / recruiters)
  • Identifying the experience and competency levels required and the sources /locations /supply of talent
  • Creating a sourcing plan
  • Sourcing CVs /potential candidates
  • Conducting resume review
  • Initiating contact with potential candidates to check interest levels
  • Making call outs and scheduling interviews
  • Performing other related sourcing, recruitment, assessment, and administrative functions, as needed to support business unit’s operations

Process

  • Inputs qualified CVs in the Manatal talent bank
  • Prepares and submits weekly accomplishment reports

People/Work Management and Development

  • Prioritizes and plans work to finish good quality work on time
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Sets development goals/plans and initiates and participates in development activities; takes personal responsibility for professional development

Research for Business Development

  • Provides leads for business development, based on secondary/primary research (start-ups, expansions etc)

Other functions may be assigned from time to time to achieve the goals of the company and business unit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome!
  • Knowledgeable in using a wide variety of sourcing channels is a PLUS
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with quality delivery, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Located within NCR and amenable to work Onsite/Remote/Hybrid
